As a frequent sample service user I like the quality of products, ease of use of ordering system, reliability of ONS sample delivery, the flexibility and speed. There is a good range of products, but would appreciated more neutral or savoury options. In particular Altrajuce is ahead of competitors and I like idea of Altraplen Compact Daily (vs two compacts). I am careful to propose a range of ONS from different companies to clients.

The sample service offers great choice, it is super simple to use and the supplements are delivered promptly. I use it multiple times each week and it is super useful. Foodlink Complete and Altraplen Compact are my go to first line milk products. I really like the smoothie for those who need dairy free.

I've been prescribed Altrajuce and Nutricrem and have just received them today. The pretty packaging makes such a difference. It's so nice that so much effort has been put into it. I love the scannable recipe ideas too.

I think the sample service is great and allows us to provide as many samples as we like for the patient. They receive them very quickly and the ordering process is very simple. The product range and packaging is great. Patients have been surprised at how nice the products taste especially after some have only tried a hospital product & didn't like them.
